Homemade Bread

Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in one cup of very warm water for about 5 minutes. Add sugar, salt, and oil and stir.
- Add four cups of water and begin to add flour three or four cups at a time. Dump dough on counter and begin to knead. The dough should not be stiff or sticky.
- Cover dough and let rise until double, then punch down and form into 4 loaves. Place loaves in greased baking pans.
- Let loaves rise until just above the rim of the baking pan.
- Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Spread melted butter over the tops while still warm.
