Baking Soda Bath Ingredients

Baking Soda Bath Instructions
- Heat water and milk to 105°F. Stir in yeast and allow to proof for 5 minutes.
- Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and melted butter. Pour in yeast mixture. Knead until dough comes together in a ball. Dough should be slightly tacky.
- Lightly grease top with oil and allow to rise 45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 410°F.
- Cut dough and roll out. Fold into pretzel shape. Dip into baking soda bath and pat dry.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes.
