Grandpa John’s Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• ½ cups butter, melted
• 1 egg

Ingredients

• 2 cans pumpkin puree
• 4 eggs
• ⅔ cups evaporated milk
• ½ cups brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Ingredients

• 1 cup reserved cake mix
• 1 cup sugar
• ¼ cups butter, softened

Instructions

1. Mix the bottom layer and press into a greased 9x13 pan.

2. Mix the middle layer and pour over the bottom layer.

3. Mix the top layer until crumbly and sprinkle over the middle layer.

4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until middle is set.
