Sweet Potato Souffle

Ingredients

• 6 cups sugar
• ½ teaspoons salt
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• ⅓ sticks butter, melted
• 1 cup milk

Instructions

1. Mix together sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, butter, milk, and vanilla.

2. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Ingredients

• ⅓ cups butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• ⅓ cups flour
• 1 cup pecans, chopped
• 1 cup coconuts, shredded

Instructions

1. Mix together topping ingredients.

2. Remove dish from oven and sprinkle topping over the sweet potato mixture.

3. Return dish to oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
