Sue’s Chili Print Scale Recipe: 1x 2x 3x 4x Ingredients 2 cans canned red kidney beans, undrained (~30 oz total) 15 ounces canned stewed tomatoes, undrained 1 ⅞ pounds canned whole or diced tomatoes, undrained 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 5 green onions, chopped 3 stalks celery, chopped ¼ cups sugar 2 tablespoons chili powder 2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 teaspoon basil 1 teaspoon parsley 1 teaspoon pepper 1 pound ground beef, cooked with a little salt/pepper Instructions Put all ingredients except for the hamburger into a large pot. Simmer slowly for 2+ hours. Add in the cooked hamburger And simmer chili for another hour. Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream. Great with cornbread.
